山东三希堂书画院经山东省文化厅(鲁文函[2007]40号)批准、山东省民政厅（鲁民政字第000534号）注册,于2007年4月30日在山东济南正式成立。山东三希堂书画院主管单位为山东省文化厅。经由文化部北京三希堂文化艺术发展中心授权冠名，济南福德食品有限责任公司为投资，由山东、北京及海内外、知名书画家组成。该院由书画大师娄师白先生担任名誉院长；薛洪爱任院长；由书法家刘尧任常务副院长,由多位海内外书画名家担任专家评委。院址：山东省济南市泉城路180号
